Free Worldwide Courier Delivery

We are happy to offer free Courier Delivery on orders that meet the following criteria:

  • United States: Free delivery on orders over $150.

  • EU & Other Countries: Free delivery on orders over $100 (or equivalent: CAD 130 / EUR 100 / AUD 150 / GBP 80).

  • Standard Delivery Time: Typically 5-10 business days after your order has been handcrafted and processed.

Order Processing Time

Because we value craftsmanship, processing times vary depending on the item's complexity. Please check the product page for specific details:

  • In-Stock Items: Shipped within 1-2 business days.

  • Made-to-Order Items: Hand-knitted and processed within 3 business days.

  • Made-to-Order Clothing (Cardigans): Hand-knitted with care, processing time is up to 10 business days.

Note: Orders placed on Friday afternoons, weekends, or National Holidays will be processed the next business day. During peak periods (Black Friday, Christmas, Easter), please allow a few additional days for dispatch.

International Taxes & Tariffs

Customs duties and/or import tariffs may apply once your order reaches its destination.

  • United States: We cover all international tariffs and duties for U.S. orders. Local sales tax may still apply depending on your state.

  • European Union: Orders shipped within the EU are not subject to additional duties.

  • Other Countries: For countries outside the EU and the US, any customs fees must be paid by the recipient. As policies vary widely by country, we recommend contacting your local customs office for details.

Where does my order ship from?

Nuddeln operates and fulfills all orders from the EU (Lithuania). Every item is produced locally by us, ensuring high quality and minimizing our environmental footprint through ethical production.
