United States (US) and European Union (EU) markets. It strictly establishes that the customer is
solely responsible for return shipping costs and clearly defines product conditions to protect your
manual craft from loss.

website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services in order to provide
you, the customer, with a curated shopping and crafting experience (the "Services"). Nuddeln is powered by
Shopify Inc., which provides us with the e-commerce platform that enables us to offer and sell these Services
to you.
The terms and conditions below, together with any operating rules and policies referenced herein (collectively,
these "Terms of Service" or "Terms") describe your rights and responsibilities when you access or use the
Services. Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By visiting,
browsing, interacting with, or purchasing from our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service,
including our Privacy Policy and Return Policy. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this

country, or province of residence (which is 18 years of age in Lithuania and the European Union), or that you
are the age of majority and have given us your express consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use
this site under your supervision.
To access certain features of the Services, including purchasing products, you may be required to provide
accurate corporate or personal information, such as your legal name, email address, billing details, payment
information, and physical shipping address. You represent and warrant that all information you provide to
Nuddeln is correct, current, complete, and legally yours to use. You are solely responsible for maintaining the
strict security of your account credentials and for any activity occurring under your account.
SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS, MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS, AND SPECIFICATIONS
We offer a selection of physical goods, which include: (i) standard crafting supplies, such as yarn, skeins, and
tools; and (ii) custom made-to-order, hand-knitted items, such as blankets, throws, and garments created
following a user-selected configuration.
We make every reasonable effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, textures, and images of our
products in the online store. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor or mobile device's
display of any color will be perfectly accurate. Because our knitted items are handmade, slight natural
variations in size, stitch alignment, and final dimensions are normal characteristics of the craft and do not
constitute manufacturing defects.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person,
geographic region, or jurisdiction on a case-by-case basis. All product descriptions and pricing are subject to
change at any time without notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at
any time.
SECTION 3 - ORDER PLACEMENT, PROCESSING, AND PRODUCTION TIME
When you place an order on Nuddeln, you are making an offer to purchase. Nuddeln reserves the right to
accept, refuse, or cancel your order for any reason at our sole discretion. Your order is not legally accepted
until you receive a formal order confirmation email, and your chosen payment method has been fully
authorized and processed.
Made-to-Order Production Timeline: Please note that we do not maintain large warehouse stocks of
finished knitted goods. Many items are individually hand-knitted only after your order is confirmed. Therefore,
such items are subject to specific handling and production lead times (as explicitly detailed on the respective
product page) before shipment. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept these hand-crafting timelines.
Please review your cart carefully before submitting. Because production or cutting of specific materials may
begin immediately upon order confirmation, Nuddeln cannot guarantee that requests for order modifications
or cancellations can be accommodated once an order enters production.
SECTION 4 - PRICES, CURRENCY, AND BILLING INTEGRITY
All prices posted on our website are subject to change without notice. Posted prices do not include shipping
and handling fees, local value-added taxes (VAT), import duties, or customs clearings applicable in your
specific country or region, all of which are the sole responsibility of the customer.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions
made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account, email address, and payment card details so
that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. You represent and warrant that you are
authorized to use the chosen payment method, and that all financial charges will be honored by your credit
card company or banking institution.
SECTION 5 - SHIPPING, DELIVERY, AND TRANSFER OF RISK
Nuddeln ships globally to clients in the United States, the European Union, and other international
jurisdictions. All delivery dates provided during checkout are strictly non-binding estimates. We are not legally
liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance procedures, severe weather events, or any
circumstances outside our reasonable control.
For US pirkėjus (US Customers) and international clients outside the EU: Once we transfer the products to
the shipping carrier, the legal title and full risk of loss or damage pass directly to you.
SECTION 6 - RETURN, EXCHANGE, AND CUSTOMER SHIPPING COST POLICY
We want you to be entirely satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return a product, our returns are
governed strictly by the following dual-market rules:
Standard Crafting Supplies (Yarn and Tools): In compliance with European Union consumer protection
laws and global retail standards, customers have a right to return these items within fourteen (14) days of
delivery. To qualify for a refund, the yarn skeins, balls, or tools must be entirely unused, unraveled, in their
original intact packaging, and with all original brand labels attached.
Made-to-Order Knitted Goods (Blankets, Custom Sizes, and Selected Colors): Products that are
hand-knitted upon your choice of size and color selections are subject to return within 14 days of delivery,
provided they are in pristine, resalable condition. They must not have been washed, used, stretched, or
exposed to odors (such as perfumes, smoke, or pets), and must be free of any pulled threads or pet hair.
CRITICAL GLOBAL SHIPPING COST RULE: If you decide to return any item because it does not suit
your personal taste, or if you simply change your mind, you (the customer) are solely responsible for
organizing and paying for all return shipping costs. Nuddeln does not provide pre-paid return labels,
nor do we reimburse international or domestic shipping fees for standard returns. Because our
handmade blankets and yarn can be heavy and you are returning items internationally to Lithuania (EU),
shipping fees may be significant; we strongly advise checking courier rates before finalizing your return.
All authorized refunds will be issued exclusively to the original payment method used during checkout within
fourteen (14) days after Nuddeln receives, inspects, and approves the returned merchandise at our
headquarters.
SECTION 7 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
The Services, including but not limited to the Nuddeln name, logos, original text, layout, graphic designs,
product photography, video, audio, custom knitting patterns, and website code, are the exclusive intellectual
property of Nuddeln, our affiliates, or our licensors. They are fully protected by Lithuanian, European Union,
United States, and international copyright, trademark, patent, and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, personal, non-commercial license to browse our site and purchase goods. You are
strictly prohibited from reproducing, distributing, modifying, scraping, republishing, or commercially exploiting
any material from our Services without our express, prior written consent.
SECTION 8 - THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND OPTIONAL TOOLS
We may provide you with access to optional third-party tools or hyperlinks to external websites (such as thirdparty payment gateways, tracking services, or crafting plug-ins) which we neither monitor nor control. You
acknowledge that we provide access to such tools "as is" and "as available" without warranties or
endorsements of any kind. We assume zero liability arising from or relating to your voluntary use of third-party
websites or tools.

SECTION 9 - EXPLICIT RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Nuddeln is hosted on the e-commerce platform provided by Shopify Inc. However, any commercial contract,
sale, or product interaction is made directly and exclusively between you and Nuddeln. By using our Services,
you explicitly acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales, product quality,
handling delays, or returns. You hereby release Shopify and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or
liabilities arising out of your commercial transaction with Nuddeln.
SECTION 10 - DATA PRIVACY POLICY COMPLIANCE
All personal data collected through your interactions with our Services is strictly handled in accordance with
our Privacy Policy and complies with the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and
applicable US state privacy laws. Because our store is powered by Shopify, your data is securely transmitted
to and processed by Shopify Inc. and its international sub-processors to fulfill your order. Please review our

SECTION 12 - PROHIBITED SITE USES AND AGENTIC AI RESTRICTIONS

(a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to infringe upon our intellectual property rights or those of others; (c) to
submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information; (d) to upload viruses or malicious software code; or (e) to

AI and Autonomous Agent Restrictions: You are strictly prohibited from utilizing automated robots, spiders,
scrapers, data-mining devices, or autonomous artificial intelligence systems (such as agentic AI bots) to
harvest store data, clone product listings, copy handmade descriptions, or execute automated checkout
scripts to manipulate inventory without our explicit written authorization. Any violation will result in the
immediate termination of your access and potential legal action.
SECTION 13 - DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Except as expressly stated by Nuddeln, the services and all products delivered to you through the website are
provided 'as is' and 'as available' for your personal use, without any representations, warranties, or conditions
of any kind, either express or implied, including all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular
purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that your use of the service will be entirely
uninterrupted, timely, or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no case shall Nuddeln, our directors, officers, employees,
partners, or suppliers be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or
consequential damages of any kind—including lost profits, lost revenue, or loss of data—arising from your
use of the services or any products procured through Nuddeln, even if advised of their possibility.

These Terms of Service, along with any separate legal agreements whereby we provide you products or
Services, shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of
Lithuania. You and Nuddeln hereby consent to the exclusive venue and personal jurisdiction of the courts of
the Republic of Lithuania for the resolution of any legal disputes.
SECTION 15 - SEVERABILITY AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT
In the event that any specific provision of these Terms of Service is determined by a court of competent
jurisdiction to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the
fullest extent permitted by law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed from these Terms.
Such determination shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other remaining provisions.
