How to choose your weight: For the ultimate therapeutic benefit, medical experts recommend choosing a blanket that is roughly 10% of your total body weight.
Personal Use (10-15 lbs): Perfect for individual couch lounging, twin/full-size beds, or adults looking for a lighter, soothing pressure.
Deep Relaxation (20-25 lbs): Ideal for queen/king beds and adults seeking deeper, intense anxiety relief and maximum sleep support.
(Tip: If you are between weights, we highly recommend sizing up for a more comforting hug effect!)

Machine Washable: Yes! Our durable cotton tube construction is fully machine washable. Wash separately in cold water on a delicate, gentle cycle.
Check Your Machine: Please ensure your home washing machine and dryer can safely support the total weight of the blanket before washing.
Drying: Tumble dry on low heat.
Important Note: To keep the hand-knitted loops in perfect structural shape, lay flat or tumble dry. Do not hang the blanket while wet, as the weight can stretch the organic cotton out of shape.
